I just want to send a big Thank You to everyone who attended the Zumba event on Febuary 13th.

We had 130 people attend! And made over $1,000.00 for our local American Heart Association!!

Thank You to everyone who attended, we had so much fun and raised money for a great cause. Also, a big congratulations, to the winner of our Knucks Out gift basket. :)

Seriously, Nobody high fives anymore®

Knucks out was founded by the people that have something in there life that is worth something in there own eyes. Knucks out can be anything any one person desires it to be.

Everybody is different, and everybody has something or somebody that is important to them. A little girl hitting her first home run, an elderly man beating his bestfriend at a game of chess, or even just a group teens meeting to hang out. It could be that one moment you will never forget. That clench your teeth so you don’t scream, lock your knees so you don’t jump, squeeze your ribs so your arms don’t fly up and hit the person next to you, special moment.

Knucks out is a way to express yourself, introduce yourself or just to make one more person crack a smile on a bad day. So lets Knucks out to the man who stepped it up, brought it out, and helped the world realize, “Nobody high fives anymore”.
